In this theoretical + practical workshop we will delve into different perspectives on compassion -combining the ancient eastern philosophy with modern psychology and investigation- in order to understand and experience what really compassion is, how it works, and how integrating it into our everyday life can bring us inner and outer peace.
Some of the topics that will be covered are: what compassion is and is not; how compassion is both an innate capacity and something we can cultivate through meditation and daily practices; how compassion flows from us to others and the other way around; how compassion affects our brain, wellbeing and relation to ourselves and others.
The workshop will include different practices, but not asana-based ones. Workshop is onsite only.
